Studio Verbouw was created from my personal experience and professional background. During my own renovation I noticed how overwhelming the process can be from technical choices and style decisions to planning and communication.
That is exactly why I started Studio Verbouw: to help others gain an overview and confidence in their renovation. No unnecessary stress, but a clear plan, tailored to your pace, wishes and style.
My goal? To ensure that you get a grip on your renovation, without frustration. With clear steps, practical solutions and personal guidance.
My Story
I'm Lucas van Berkel, founder of Studio Verbouw. With years of experience as a project manager in the interior design world, from shops to hospitality concepts, I know how important a smart layout and good coordination are to the final result.
I apply this knowledge to my work for private individuals. During my own renovation, I discovered how little guidance there is for people without a background in construction. I decided that had to change.
Now I help others stay on top of things: with realistic advice, clever drawings, and guidance that's as technical as it is aesthetic. No complicated stuff—just clear choices and results to be proud of.
