DESIGN & LAYOUT
The foundation of every renovation begins with a smart, logical layout. In this phase, we translate your living or workspace into several concrete floor plan scenarios and explore together what's truly possible. We measure on-site, map the spatial potential, and create site plans that show how functions, flow routes, and natural light can be optimally utilized. You'll receive everything in a clear presentation that's easy to discuss with contractors and specialists.​

TECHNOLOGY & PLANNING
This is the phase where choices become reality. We translate everything you envision into technical information that professionals can immediately use. Think of E&W drawings, finishing schedules, material lists, and a clear schedule that shows exactly when each choice needs to be made. We create the overview that many people miss, including a budget one-pager and a set of to-dos that prevent stress and last-minute surprises.​

EXECUTION & COORDINATION
Once everything is clear, the real work begins. In this phase, we'll help you find the right professionals and coordinate the schedule with everyone. We'll ensure contractors have access to the property via a key safe, arrange parking, and monitor progress. You'll receive regular updates, and we'll alert you to any potential issues in a timely manner. At the end, we'll conduct a handover inspection and clearly outline all remaining issues for you.
